Randy is the most honest mechanic I have ever dealt with. He has always gone above and beyond to provide excellent service. My car was rendered totaled by two insurance companies. Of course, they did not value the car at much and we were just out of luck. We were forced to take a settlement of $2,700. Randy made all the repairs, including some minor body work and only charged us a little over $600. He knew the amount of our settlement and could have taken advantage. For the first time in years I found a automotive shop that's honest. I was referred by other customer that too owns a BMW. Randy & his staff are great...no over pricing nor unnecessary work. He really cares about your vehicle, he can a little talkative but that's because he cares. He will not put parts on your vehicle just because you may think you what's wrong...He will diagnosis the vehicle first! So don't go in being a know it all it won't work.
