Randy fit our truck in today, when we broke down on the way to a project were doing. Without hesitation Randy got our truck on the lift, assessed, diagnosed and fixed the problem. He did all this while being stacked scheduly for 3 weeks. Amazing service, and we appreciate it so much! Thank you Randy!!
Randy took my car in with next to no notice last week because of a mistake I made changing my oil, which left my car unable to drive safely. They were not even an hour to closing when he took my car in for the easy fix. I had already received no's from neighbouring shops and was basically stranded in a downtown parking lot. Luckily Randy is a very kind person running a wonderful shop and told me i could limp my car into the shop. He had my car in and out in less than 20 minutes. Can't thank him and his team enough. My husband took our car in for oil change and check up. The shop is clean and everyone was friendly and efficient. They were also very fast. We will definitely go there again. Thank you everyone at Randy's.
I can't say enough good things about the service I received here. I know very little about cars and always worry I'll be taken advantage of but I didn't need to worry about that here. Amazing service! Randy went over and above and reception communicated clearly with me the what and why before going ahead with anything. Thank you so much! I would definitely choose this shop again 😁
Ran into truck trouble shortly before travelling through town and they helped me out on very short notice. Was in and out within an hour, excellent service and reasonably priced!
