Had a poor experience here. Dropped off my car at 8 am like requested to replace knock sensors and check why they were throwing codes. 4 hours passed on a 3-hour job so I went to check in. That's when I was told they hadn't touched it yet and got asked if I was waiting for my vehicle. Yeah if I'm dropping my vehicle off at 8:00 a.m. I expect you guys are getting to it when you open and at least a call if it's halfway through the day if you haven't started on the work yet. The service at Randy’s Auto Service was very disappointing. My husband’s car had a problem with the left tire, but they repaired the right tire instead, even after he clearly told them the issue was on the left side. He paid $650, but the problem was still not fixed. When I visited again to address the issue, they refused to fix the problem and also denied giving any refund. On top of that, the owner behaved very unprofessionally and used abusive language.
Randy auto service is a worst service center. I visited them last week as there was some problem in the left tire but they said the fault is in the right tire and they change the wheel bearing and wheel speed sensor. They charged me $651.25 for that thing even though there was no fault in right tire. And today I visited them again and they said they have to change left bearing as well and talk to me very rudely. They don't know anything regarding cars. They just make money and told me they can not fox my car
