This review is 2 years too late probably but I passed by the American Falls exit today on my annual trip to Idaho. I felt compelled to give Randy’s Auto Repair 5 stars as I recalled how they helped me in 2022. I had a wheel bearing go out on the interstate several thousand miles from home. I limped to Randy’s and hopped into the truck with my hunting buddies. Randy’s had my truck repaired by end of day and we picked it up on our way back West. I was driving from Nampa to Idaho Falls when my car started to loose mpg drastically, and was acting like it didn't want to shift properly. I was able to get it to a gas station in American Falls where I called a dealership to see if I could get in to see what was going on. I was not able to talk to a real person and told they would call me back. After a hour with no word I googled mechanics near me and found Randy's Auto Repair. We arrived at the RV park at Willow Bay and immediately found a concerning oil leak on our 2002 Duramax diesel. . We called Randy’s and spoke to Harold who told us to come right over. My husband had found the source of the leak. Harold confirmed that. We were due for an oil change on our diesel truck anyway (middle of a 5000 mile trip), and my husband asked him if they would have time to do it. I had an exhaust leak making my old Camry loud. The flex pipe was damaged and rusted. It was fixed in no time. My car is quiet again, and doesn't shake at stops. It's at 280k and I think it's set to go another 100k. Thank you Randy and Harold!!
