I want to give a big shout out for Randy for finding the electrical problem with my 2017 Ford Escape!
Worst mechanic there is. He lied and damaged the motor in my car. Then lied about everything
PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS LYING THEIF !!! HE WILL SCREW YOUR CAR UP THEN WONT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR DOING IT,YOU WANNA REAL MECHANIC TAKE YOUR CAR TO ROY CANNON,THIS RANDY GUY ISNT WORTH ONE GOLD STAR,POS.
He isn't worth one star. We took our car to him to be put on computer. He broke a spark plug off, then put a screw into and drove it into the piston. He is a liar and will mess your car up. Mr Bilyeu replied saying he has no recollection of car being in his shop. He was well reminded just yesterday.He stated our car was there feb thru may but he was sworn in and said it was Jan to July. He replied saying he would resolve rhe issue. But refused to resolve it. A 200.00 fix has now cost us nearly 7000
