I called Randy about a idling issue my 5.4L Ford was having and he was able to quickly diagnose the problem OVER THE PHONE with his wealth experience and familiarity with the 5.4 and its common issues. When I brought him the truck, he confirmed his suspicion that there was an issue in the timing and was able to fit me into his busy schedule promptly. Randy helped me and my family get off the road (ohio turnpike) after a long wait on insurance support and towing truck and neither of them were any help. He came and helped us out on a holiday(memorial day) when he is suppose to be with his family and enjoying his day off like everyone us. Thanks again man and bless you like you blessed us.
