I tried to find a cost to have my car code scanned. the chat bot could not provide a price and no one reached out to tell me. I submitted multiple requests on the website.
I thought the sales people are very helpful and friendly and I don’t feel like I was pretty sure either
They tried to take advantage of my wife. She took her highlander in because the maintenance light was on. The tech recommended several things to fix totaling about $3,500. I thought this sounded like a lot so we took the car to the Szott M59 Toyota to get a second opinion. That technician said that there were no codes on the print out and it mostly likely just needed to be reset after a previous oil change.
