Horrible service. Took my 4 runner in due to lack of power and they said there was nothing wrong with it. Took it back a 2nd time because it was getting worse, they barley had it a day and said there was nothing wrong. Finally I took it to an independent mechanic and he found that the TSP was going bad and that the MAF sensor wasn't even the right one for my engine size. Now it runs great. The Randy Wise technicians are idiots.
Just stopped in to see about resetting my oil change due warning.
They need better communication with customers
I tried to find a cost to have my car code scanned. the chat bot could not provide a price and no one reached out to tell me. I submitted multiple requests on the website.
