I have had the pleasure of working with Crystal in the service dept. She has always made things easy and kept me in the loop with what was going on. There are closing ford dealers to my house-but I will always travel further for their excellent customer service!

Writing this review so others are warned. I don’t know if it’s because I am a woman, or what. My car has been in the shop for 2 weeks now ‘ just waiting on a part’. Which ok. Fine. I get. And the people have been nice. My problem is this: It was advertised and said when I was buying the car that either a loaner would be provided or a rental car will be covered during repairs. They don’t tell you the rental car only covers for a week, and they NEVER have any loaner cars. I’ve asked countless of times to be put on a waitlist o... read more
