The service department (Renee) took excellent care of my issues today and made everything right. It was a swift process and I feel very confident using their service in the future.
I have had the pleasure of working with Crystal in the service dept. She has always made things easy and kept me in the loop with what was going on. There are closing ford dealers to my house-but I will always travel further for their excellent customer service!
