I bought my first car from a dealership less than a year ago, new used. In less than a year I need a $2500 repair on a car the dealership sold me in perfect condition. They have had my car for 2 months, it took forever to get parts, good luck hearing back from them, I finally just say give it back to me so I can take somewhere else, ok Friday, call Friday not done. I took my 2016 Ford Flex in for an oil change & tire rotation. It has less than 40,00 miles on it. They told me I needed rear pads & rotors, & a left rear knuckle bushing. Total charge would be $890.00. Because I was not born yesterday I took my Flex to an independent garage & simply said I think it needs brakes. My wife and I bought a 2014 ford explore with about 110,000 miles on it from the Ortonville location. less than 24 hrs later (when we were on our way up north) the serpentine belt broke and sliced the a.c. line. We contacted the sales man and they fixed it for us at no charge.
