Jay, service manager went over and above to navigate through my 3rd party warranty and get service ok'd. Many hours on the phone and persistence from Jay got my car serviced and running great! I would recommend Randy Wise, and Jay in service I will always take.my vehicle there 10 stars
My Daughter purchased a very nice car from this dealership. They were friendly and patient.
The people are great!! I bought a 2023 Rubicon from these guys with only 5k miles! Price was fair, service wasn't perfect but they were very driven to fix issues. There was an editing mistake on a site the Rubicon was listed on stating it had a soft top as well as the hard top. This was a major reason I went with this jeep. They admitted the mistake once shown and made it right by lowering the price, tinting windows, and some other aftermarket stuff. It wasn't a soft top but it was fair. I had my truck enrolled in the Wise Care, that includes oil changes with maintenance. Per Randy Wise, lubricating ball joints is part of this maintenance. I recently took my truck to a different place just to get new tires and they let me know that I had two bad ball joints and that it was due to improper maintenance (not due to wear & tear - it was not near the mileage for that; also not due to reckless/rough driving).
