We ended up having to let this guy go. His guys missed our backyard at least 5 times in 4 months. When we complained after dropping service he said it was too wet to mow but that wouldnt stop him from at least edging and its funny that the other gardner we had for three years never missed due to the ground being too wet. He charges \$65 dollars to fertilize and that charge came twice in four months. Also after quitting service he came at 6:45am and pounded on our door and rang the door bell for FIVE minutes.
