This guy went out of his way to make a hard situation extremely easy. Listed and sold within a month and I was extremely shocked. House was a hot mess due to circumstances Gives great advise and goes above and beyond the job!
Randy was and still is very helpful with the whole process, and has very good communication, answering any questions we have or anything we needed to know, even just showing us the houses he did a great job.
