Went in to have some old jewelry appraised and inspected ,they did not hesitate to help me . Gave me good info and spent time explaining things to me that I didn't know . I can't tell you how greatful that I was after asking several other jewelry in town for the same help and only being treated as I was beneath them . This place will be my forever recommendation when asked about about anything jewelry related . Thanks for being a customer friendly business Mike M
