I had started construction on a backyard pond and bought all the equipment needed. I had the hole dug and decided to call in a pro, and unfortunately, I got Randy's Landscaping. Randy came out to give me an estimate, at which point he told me the waterfall form I purchased was too small and that I could purchase a new one from him, and I agreed to this. Don't waste your money. This business uses the poorest and cheapest material they can find and charges outrageous prices for it. Watch out for Randy, he will talk a great game but in the end do the least amount of work he can get away with legally and do a poor job applying the product. The workmanship was awful on my property and i have had to hire another company to do my job right. Randy talked with me before we signed and assured me they would fix my problem. Ms. ********** said it was one dead plant. We have tried to contact her to make things right but have not been able to. We would like to take care of this problem. She call about 3 or 4 times after the job was finished and we sent our crew to her every time she called to fix the problem. The product we use are from a Landscaping Supply Company and all Landscapers are using the same.
