There is no sitting on hold with this agency. Having a local agent makes such a difference, and Randy and Annie are the best. They have been consistently helpful and friendly, and have saved me a lot of money on insurance. Highly recommended.
Randy and Annie are always helpful and work out what's best for you and your budget. I've been with them for years and if I do switch anything for financial reasons, they are understanding but don't be surprised if u don't come back to their services
