Contracted Randy and Ray's to prep ground and install pavers around pool and walkway to pool deck in November 2019, emailed Randy March 2021 concerning two spots where the pavers were starting to sink he replied that they would be out to look at the issue, they have not come to the house and we have not heard from them since, despite multiple attempts. Would really appreciate hearing from you to discuss this issue and would be more than happy to change review if you were to stand by your work, like promised.
Randy has come out for an estimate but has been radio silent ever since when seeking delivery of plans and a quote. I have tried multiple times to get a hold of him with no answer or return message. It’s been almost two weeks. Very poor customer service. I was looking forward to working with this company after a recommendation from a friend but it’s not worth it at this point.
Randy and Ray’s crews did an amazing job on our front porch paver, walkway and sitting wall very professional and committed in their work. I would use them again in the future. Thank you Randy for an amazing experience.

Randy and Ray's is a professional company, that delivers what they promise. From beginning to end, we were never disappointed.
