First time calling Mr Randy Norris. It was a Saturday night about 12:30AM. On the website it says available 24/7 by phone which is the only reason I called at that time. I was told that I was rude and to hang up… I understand it was a late time which is why I also apologized when I was on the phone, not purposely trying to disturb anyone… but it the website says available 24/7 I didn’t expect to be called rude. Called him and he "was not interested" in taking my case because he was inexperienced in the matter I had before him. Its a small matter and probably would have been quick and inexpensive, yet he didn't want to admit that he didn't know how to go about it, and refused me because of it.
We hired Mr. Norris for a very serious in depth case, where the odds were stacked against us. He took our case seriously, always professional, and most importantly honest. He made sure we were a priority and prepared us efficiently and accordingly. We won our case, and at the end of trail the judge looked at us and said we were very lucky to have such a great lawyer and thus we were. I highly recommend!! Thank you Mr. Norris, I know without you our lives we would be living today would be completely different.
