The Statesville randy marion chevrolet dealership always goes above and beyond for the customers. I speak from firsthand experience both as a customer and former employee. Alex was great to work with and highly recommended. He left at last minute and drove 1.5 hours to pickup my vehicle.
BUYERS BEWARE I purchased a 2018 gmc sierra from them back in August(truck was a lease through them its whole life). Within a week of owning it the transmission crapped out.(dealer said it was all new fluids and just passed their "full inspection") after taking it to gm for the trans problems I realized not a single fluid was ever changed. The transmission fluid had more sparkle than a bass boat... they stood by their 50/50 warranty and got it repaired though after a little back and forth....
