Saw a truck on their website I went to the ford dealer where it was listed the truck was and it was not there. They sent me over to the used car lot The salesman came out and told me that it was in mooresville, and that they shouldn't be listing the truck before it was available to be looked at. I asked if they could call over to Mooresville so I can see it. I drove all the way from Winston-Salem. Terrible experience while buying a truck there. Specifically with the finance team. They falsified a form and incorrectly filled out another. I am trying to get the paperwork corrected. Now after the sale, I have tried to call, email, leave voicemails more than a dozen times. Called every day for a week and never got a returned call. I called and left a message for a manager and never got a return call. More than a month later, they still have not gotten back to me.
