After taking my vehicle to the dealership my vehicle belonged to and being scammed, lied to, and ignored, I took my vehicle to Kia. Talk about a breath of fresh air! They were communicative, timely, and didn't push things that weren't true, honest about the things that were and they importance of them. I may not have bought a Kia this time, but next time, I'm more likely. But until the vehicle goes, I'll be taking it to Kia for any issues or regular maintenance needed.
Was told at check in that it would be an hour to an hour and a half for an oil change and alignment. At an hour and 40 minutes, when I received a text of the car inspection, I went to the desk to check out. I was told the oil change wasn't complete yet. I told them okay, I need to go pick up my kid from school in about 15 minutes or so. I've been waiting another 30 minutes since that conversation.
