Mario, Michaela, and Amanda were all nice and a pleasure to interact with. I let my mom borrow my brand new Cadillac Vistiq and she crashed it into my house. Car looked terrible when it got hauled off on a tow truck. The guys who worked on it must be great at their jobs (didnt meet them, don't know their names) because you cant tell at all that 18k worth of damage was done. It drives just as well as brand new and no weird issues that I was worried about.
Outstanding service and workmanship!! Highly recommend anyone needing any body work or paint this is the place to go!! Shout Out to Zoe who made the entire process easy!!!
I patiently waited to write this review and tried to give the benefit of the doubt because I'm a pretty understanding person but that unfortunately tends to work against my favor in situations like this sometimes. Back in April I unfortunately encountered some damage to my vehicle and based off of a recommendation from someone I decided to come to Randy Marion. Zoe was a great communicator and worked with us on getting our car fixed promptly and efficiently.
Unfortunately, had to change my review. The service team really did do their best, but still made some critical mistakes that should’ve been made. I’m not sure why, but they changed the Freon in the air conditioning and changed it to the incorrect Freon for my make and model. This ended up costing me an additional $600 at an air conditioning shop to get it fixed. While they fixed my bumper, the front driver side sensor still does not work to this day, which was not an issue, even when the truck was wrecked.
