Very unhappy with my experience at this Facility. I’d like to start off with how sweet Alex is but the communication is not there dating back to December 15. I brought my car in for some T-bone Damage including my two passenger doors and my bumper. Terrible communications! Took my wheelchair accessible van in for front end damage repair which estimate stated 5 days to repair. It took 3 weeks to get back on 12/19 and have been waiting since then for them to finish pin stripes 1/17. I've had to call several times to get updates but calls go unreturned. DONE! Trust the reviews and stay away from Randy Marion Collision Center!!
