After my car damage was appraised, I called these folks. From the start - with Judy G who answered the phone, to Wes B who handed me my keys after it was repaired, I was very impressed with the professionalism, and the customer support. They kept me updated and returned my 10 year old Mitsubishi Outlander not just repaired, but also clean. I give all the employees at Randy Marion Collision Center a five rating and an A+.
I had a great experience with Wes Beach. I arrived expecting paperwork for my repair to be in place. It wasn't, much to my disappointment. However, Wes demonstrated great customer service, looked over my car and took the time to make the paint corrections himself. Best yet, I didn't need to leave my car at the shop. I overhead other incoming customers asking for Wes. He must be a trusted resource.
