If I could I would rate no I just found out he rigged my transmission to break on purpose if I could I'd sue I would that's Bs that I have to get another shop to tell me what to has been done to my truck he acts nice then find out he a snake... that's vile as hell but karma is very sneaky too you a never see any business out of me any more
Without a doubt one of the best service stations in this area. Randy went above and beyond to fix the entire suspension on my E350 Mercedes after issues with 2 other shops that couldn't find what the issue was. Randy guaranteed me, he wouldn't stop till he found the issue. The professionalism and passion he showed was something you have to experience yourself. He will be taking my BMW there also to get suspension down after these horrible Cincinnati roads. I recommend this shop to anyone. Most of all he's honest with you up ... read more
