We have built four homes and one 6000 sq. foot office in North Carolina with top builders like Samet so when we decided to build our dream home (with more square footage than office) in new town we interviewed numerous builders and talked with their clients as well. I cannot say enough good things about Randy! He was wonderful to work with. He was always on site or there within a few minutes. We built with him in 2015. It was a custom build in which he was with us every step of the way. He paid all if his bills early and that passed the discount to us. He made sure the subs provided quality work.
