Joined call after technical difficulties 2 min after my appointment started . Joined the call then shortly he joined . Did not speak , disconnected the call and reported me as a no show.
If I could give less than one star I would. He answered the telemed call with an abrasive tone, said my audio was quiet and just ended the call. Didn’t call back, marked me as a no show and billed my insurance. Ridiculous, rude, disappointing.
Disgusting excuse of a doctor. Lazy, unhelpful, could not care less about patients.
The absolute worst for telehealth visits. Spoke to my husband for all of 6 minutes before ending the call. Marked his visit as completed, billed his insurance and put his notes as my husband does not need to be seen for another year. Did not speak to him about his blood pressure, BMI, lab results, sleep or smoking cessation which my husband wanted information on. Telehealth visits are supposed to be convenient but this doctor made it a complete waste of time. Stay away!!!
