Randy Jones Construction is hands down, one of the best builders in Sumner County. I have had 4 homes built over the course of my lifetime, and this home is by far the best built. Their homes are well constructed and they have some of the best sub contractors working for them. Very few home builders, if any, still build an “all brick” home. I am a little biased as a fellow Jones, but as a first time homeowner I have been very pleased with the attention to detail that goes in to each home. Randy truly aims to build each home as if it were his own. I love my house and the neighbors even more so. The neighborhood is now zoned for the new Liberty Creek middle and high schools which is a nice bonus of a beautiful new construction development.
