This guy is scamming. He literally does none of the work. I mean NONE... This guy lies so much he can't even believe himself anymore. Month after month of broken promises. He takes no responsibility, and uses any unskilled laborers he can Con, and the cheapest materials. It's been over a year and still not done. The decks were painted with such poor quality product they are slick, dangerous and look worse than before his guy started.
