Excellent job on my cornea transplant. Very busy man with lots of patients so he is straight to the point and serious which is fine with me.
I went to see Dr. Epstein to examine my right eye for a physical injury. I would give him 0 stars if I could and am considering all legal options I can bring against him. At his best, Dr. Epstein was rude and demeaning during the exam. At his worst, he was physically abusive. I saw the first red flag when I started speaking to explain the situation and he forcefully responded, “Don’t. Speak.” I can best describe his attitude as that of a parent punishing a child. Great experience from beginning to end. Very efficient front end process. Staff communicates well and with compassion the entire time. And the end result; 20/20 vision with zero problems post surgery.

Dr. Epstein's is basically a hideously inappropriate person. He came highly recommended by my retinologist and may be a decent doctor but if you look at his online video (which I hadn't before meeting with him) you will see he basically only wants easy cases from patients willing to pay his upcharges. He is like a guy running for state's attorney that only wants slam dunk cases, so his success rate is scewed, and even then, isn't overly impressive.
