My wife and I asked Randy to both help us find a new home build and sell our home. It was a little tricky because we needed to be able to sell our home to get a loan in order to purchase the new home build. Randy did a fantastic job helping us sell our home with enough time to get the loan and close on our new build. He explained everything with great clarity and helped calm us a few times when we felt stressed. He is the perfect agent to help you sell and/or buy a home!
Randy was the most genuine person I could've ever have expected to get as a realtor. He really made me feel that I am guiding my own ship as far as timing, choices, interests and I felt no pressure on any aspects of the purchase. All he cared about is me getting what I wanted.
