I saw this physician for an annual preventative care physical that was supposed to be included in my insurance. However, he upvoted it and double billed me for his time. I have visited this physician before and this did not occur. I tried to resolve this with him but was unsuccessful. Moreover, this physician initially had a great bedside manner. I even recommended him to people; however, his bedside manner changed for the worse
Randy is great! Has always had my best interests in mind. His staff is great and courteous every visit.
Dr. Hines is very unprofessional! My first and last time seeing this person was last Tuesday. I arrived an hour early for my appointment after a two hour commute from my job. I was called in on time. Met this "Dr." who seemed uninterested but I proceeded to tell him about my right knee and left hip. My right knee has been an issue for 7 or 8 years. I had a physical with dr Hines on 12/1/21 and scheduled the next one as i walked out of his office. Today they call me and tell me they have to reschedule because it should have been set for 366 days after the previous one. I asked why they scheduled it then and they said it had been done by a 'floater', as if I knew what that means. My options were reschedule for April, or pay for it out of pocket. Dr. Hines has been very consistent in his care. I appreciate that he takes time to explain his diagnosis and suggestions for the appropriate care! Wonderful presence.
