I’ve used these guys before for an oil change. Great service! Took my car here recently. Just needed a quick diagnostics check to see what was wrong. Garret was able to provide me with some important details about my issues. I needed to take my car to an actual dealership due to some recalls. I ended up having to get another vehicle, but the quote that he gave me was a solid price! If I still had that car I would have been right back to Central Automotive to get my car fixed. Thanks again!
Tom and Garrett are very friendly and thorough. They're fair on pricing and host a welcoming environment. The shop doggie is a bonus, too.
Went in to get the front end aligned, the guy says "they can't align it with bad tires on the back" then says "well we can but it ain't gonna be right when you put new tires on but I'll take your money". I said never mind then, less then 2 min later I asked if he could go ahead and just align it and he said "I can't I got another car coming in for an alignment". You guys need to keep m in mind that some folks know the facts. This was a classic example of why people don't trust mechanic shops. Complete waste of time!!
They were very knowledgeable about my car and helped me immediately. They were extremely kind to me and gave me advice on what was best for me and not to try and make money off of me. I would recommend them hands down and while I hope to not have car problems again for a very long time, I would go right back to them if I do.
