Martin is the best guy. He takes care of everything in all my policies. He is so knowledgeable and so friendly, I just love the guy.
State Farm told us in advance that they would not be renewing our homeowner's insurance policy when it expired on September 30th. Near as we could determine this was because we filed a valid claim in the first year. In the meantime, we had to scramble to find new insurance starting October 1st. Now here it is the middle of November, and they are telling us that they decided to continue our policy and that we need to notify them if we wish to cancel.
