Randy was referred to us by a friend in Murphy. I reached out to Randy by phone. He actually answered the phone, so i kinda knew he would be the one. Told him about our house in Murphy, and gave him the address. Keep in mind, we are in Florida. Randy drove out to the house and called me back within a day or 2.
