Randy represented us in the sale of our family home. Letting go of a house after 60 years is an emotional experience and Randy maintained the perfect balance of real estate therapist and professional agent. She went above and beyond (even watering the flowers when they looked dry!), and had our backs all the way. There is no one with more experience in the North San Fernando Valley.
I tried to buy a house and after our verbal conversation and her texting me with the seller's final price . She came back and wanted another $30,000 after we had negotiated the final price. I walked away and would never use this realtor. She doesn't keep her word.
Randy is an outstanding real estate Broker with a sterling reputation who is knowledgeable, thoughtful, hard working who constantly exceeds her clients expectations. She consistently stands first in the number of houses sold because her clients love her and refer their family members and friends to Randy. She is the go to Broker for buyers and sellers.
Our family recently used Randy DiS'mone to sell our home in Sherwood Forest. When signing up with her she made many promises. After you are under contract she does not keep her promises and is very difficult to deal with. Randy did not look out for our best interest in selling our house. Extremely bad experience with Randy DiS'mone.
