Terrible communication and very very stressful.. I will never ever get anything done from there again!! So disappointed with the lack of communication between the people and my insurance company!!! And Karina blamed everything on me!!( The customer) wow I have never been so disappointed and stressed out about my deductible and no one talking to each other instead it was all my fault!!
