Worst service ever. Will never take any vehicle there again. Communication was terrible. I had to keep calling to get updates. Took my vehicle to them on 9/23 insurance paid on 9/27. Took them almost 2 months to repair my vehicle because the adjuster wanted my insurance to total my vehicle instead of just fixing it. I finally got my vehicle back on 11/14 and fould out before i got my car back they had just ordered the parts 2 week before fixing it. only thing that they could say is that they fired the adjuster "LIKE I CARE" ... read more
They are amazing. Even the detailer person did a great job at detailing the inside of my car. I was not even expecting that part of the costumer service.
Horrible place to take your vehicle to be serviced
Brodey explained everything and answered all my questions. Up front on pricing. No surprise cost at check out. The whole team there is very professional and kind.
Horrible, is in understatement. By far the worst body shop experience I've ever encountered. 6 months later, my truck is still in NOT fixed. There quote was for GM factory parts, then they admitted they put on an aftermarket bumper on. They put on a new headlight bezel and I got the truck back and the headlight was almost falling out of the truck. They had broken two of the clips when they installed it.
