Bought a used 2024 GMC 2500 Denali. Shelton was my rep and he was awesome. Very helpful with pictures and feedback throughout the process of buying this truck online. There were a couple of missing things that the pictures didn't show like the center console tray and some caps for the 5th wheel as well as one little scratch that the pictures didn't pick up. Repair prices are really high. Was told 505$ to put a battery in my car. Plus $100 for the diagnostic charge. Went to Sam's club and got it for 197$. You can reach out to me, you have my contact info on file. I have been bringing my cars there for years and have paid thousands dollars for repairs. Each time I come back it seems to get more and more expensive. You would think a repeat customer would get a better deal. At least waive the diagnostic fee or something anything. Hope to hear from someone. We will see.
