Awful! Been waiting three months for State Farm to process my roof claim. But I guess water coming through my ceiling is not any concern for Randy Couch or Martin Harvey. They won’t even return my phone calls.
Very rude staff, especially the woman who answers the phone when you call. She is condescending and hateful. Never recieve call backs when they tell you they will call you back. It's like they don't care about your problems and just want to get you off the phone as soon as possible.
Randy is a wonderful man who cares about your neeeds and wishes. The staff is very accomodating, compationiate, and never pushy. Will give you the best quotes available. This is one office i would definitely tell other folks to go to.
