I miss Dr Randy Caplin he is /was the only doctor I respected he his staff was so efficient great helpful Dr Caplin was my dr for over 25years I haven’t found one as good as him
Dr. Caplan was my primary care doctor for years. I made an appointment with him after having anxiety and depression issues and wasn't sure where to turn. He advised me that he would not "help me use the system." I simply wanted direction in what I was experiencing. I began to cry while he was telling me that he wouldn't help me. It took a lot for me to even make an appointment, so being dismissed like this was heart breaking. I left in the middle of my appointment and as I'm walking out he's behind me saying "get back here."... read more
Dr. Caplan is one of the most thorough and decent physicians in the area. I have had him for many years as my primary care physician and can attest that he is a cut above the rest. I work in healthcare and know first hand. I entrust my care to him and know that he sincerely cares about each and everyone of his patients.
First off I’ve been trying for over 6 months to get a yearly physical, yet without being told MY primary care doctor is out on an “extended Medical leave” (the doctors office took it upon themselves to assign me a female doctor) without prior asking for my consent. I had an appointment set for July, with Dr Caplan made in Jan. I was told it would be July when asked in person why the delay it was because he was out.
