Phenomenal job. I highly recommend this business . I had leak in a part in my garage. John replaced the part and repaired the leak. John also changed out a part in one of the toilets upstairs and checked the other (2) toilets. He explained step by step what he was doing and what he would do to try to fix the problem. He also made some recommendations to save me cost. I wish I could comment daily because my experience was that great. The cost was very reasonable. John installed a tankless water heater for our home and we couldn’t be more pleased. He is prompt, dependable, and provides excellent customer service. We will be calling John for any future plumbing needs.

John from Randy Brooks plumbing did a wonderful job helping us with our plumbing repairs. We had several issues and he figured them out quickly and fixed them. His price was very fair for the work he did! John is kind and humble in his interactions with us and you can tell he is very knowledgeable! He works hard and aims to get out quickly to help. I highly recommend him to everyone in the Gaston County area! Should we need any plumbing help again, we would gladly call him again!
