Great experience with him and always makes me feel welcomed
Dr. Gaw is a great doctor, but his front desk staff should not be working in the medical field. I have been really struggling for over a year. I am 38 with absolutely no quality of life. I had an appointment in July and at the appointment I was supposed to have one last test done to confirm if I have Ms or not. I went to his office at the darkest, sickest and most scary time in my life. His staff treated me and my husband horribly. After they already had seen me once, the called and informed me that they didn't take my insurance. My insurance said they were contracted with them. They refused to talk to my insurance to straighten it out. When my husband took paperwork to them showing my insurance should be taken, they refused to look at it and threatened to call security.
