They are absolutely terrible. Made us think there was something wrong when they actually got the measurements wrong by 35%! We needed a second opinion which cost us more money and time, caused stress, anxiety all while paying almost $500 for their scan. We found out they didn't scan correctly and weren't even close to correct! Avoid if you don't want unnecessary stress.
We had a disappointing experience at Randwick Women’s Imaging during a pregnancy scan. The sonographer’s measurements raised concerns about possible fetal growth restriction, which caused us significant distress. Our obstetrician referred us to another clinic, where a second (and costly) scan confirmed our baby was growing normally. We requested a refund of the $400 fee due to the discrepancy and anxiety caused, but the clinic refused. Went here for my third trimester growth scan. Lovely receptionist. Friendly and competent ultrasound technician who talked us through everything she was seeing. Highly recommend this “women’s imaging” chain for any of your pregnancy scans- they can book you in promptly (we got lucky with a next day appointment- unheard of elsewhere) AND their fees are lower across the board. I went there early morning for a scan after an accident which I paid $400 for with the expectation (and confirmed with the technician) that it would be reviewed by the radiologist as urgent. By mid-afternoon my OB still hadn’t received the scan results and they closed down for the day at 4pm and no ability to contact anyone to follow up on my results. Worst service and care for patients!
Really disgusting service! Unprofessional and paid a lot for it when I could have gone somewhere else.
