Dr was nice, but if you need a more complex wisdom tooth extraction, they don’t really handle it there. Since they don’t have an OPG X-ray machine, you’ll end up needing to get the scans done elsewhere and then see a surgeon separately, basically starting the whole process from scratch again after already paying for the initial consult.
I had a very disappointing experience at this dental office. I was after a second opinion, the dentist was cold, impatient, and made me feel like my concerns didn’t matter. Dental visits are stressful enough, and a little empathy goes a long way. Unfortunately, that was missing here. I would not return and would not recommend this practice to anyone looking for a caring dentist.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr Cannelle Meunier. Even though I chose not to have anesthesia, her technique was so skilled and gentle that the whole process was almost painless. She spoke in a soft and calm way, which made me feel very comfortable. We really appreciate Dr Cannelle Meunier. Always kind, professional and a wonderful support for our family. We had booked four appointments with her back in April for July 5, but they were unfortunately cancelled just two weeks before. We completely understand that schedules can change. The reception team did get in touch to cancel but no offer was made to help us reschedule. Hopefully this feedback helps improve processes, as we truly value the care we have received.
