Extremely disappointed with the level of communication and service. It took 8 weeks—and countless follow-up calls—just to receive a simple letter. I’ve now been calling daily for nearly 2 more weeks for a referral that still hasn’t been sent. This has caused significant stress, especially knowing there’s a 12+ month waiting list I can’t even get on without the referral. It feels like no one cares, and the lack of urgency is unacceptable.
Disappointing. Arrived with a clearly sick child. Was told they're the specialists in this field. Was given multiple excuses of why we couldn't be treated. No equipment available for it and some staff member left that used to do the procedure. They referred us to our nearest public hospital where we wanted to go anyway and we still had to pay the full $500 fee. They received all our doctor's notes and medical tests done before. I brought my 4 year old son to see Lana Islar, from being recommended to her. She was so lovely in the way she dealt with him, checked him out very thoroughly and gave some great advice. Really very positive experience and he really liked her and the way she engaged with him. Highly recommend her and the reception were all very nice.

Wow, I have seen a few doctors over the years and Dr Varjavandi has blown them all out of the water! We took our 15 month old boy to see him today and he explained everything so clearly and made us feel totally at ease with his awesome bedside manner! Couldn't recommend more highly.
