I was supposed to do a drug test today and the whole place was closed. Nobody told me anything. I was there for a 3 o’clock drug test time from 3 to 430 and nobody was there that’s very unprofessional. I drove over hour away. I wasted my money and my time and nobody has yet to call me back.
No more helpful than a bucket full of stale dog feces. They don't answer even when left with a reasonable amount of voicemails asking to see what's going on and phone number being said so they could call back. The app doesn't make things any better as it kind of simulates how it's like to be in the Twilight Zone but only left with a ton of frustration and nothing meaningful.
