I was helped by Melanie and was sent on two interviews before I was ghosted. Haven't heard a word since October *Update* tried using them again, when I tried to call to talk to someone they basically refused to help and said I needed to do everything on the app. The app is not working as it wont send the necessary email to someone to verify my information and though I've tried contacting about it there has been no response. Most unhelpful temp agency ever

When I was greeted, the woman looked at me like I somehow didn't belong there. She was dismissive and seemed inconvenienced when I tried to ask questions or engage with her in any way. She offered half-heartedly to take my resume, but she was so offputting about it that I refused and left. We didn't even sit down or begin to discuss my options.
