I applied for a job over a week ago on indeed that Ranstad posted, and got an email to sign up with the app to move forward with a position. I did everything required in the app. It stated I was waiting on a recruiter to contact me. I didn't hear back from anyone. Monday, I called and got a lady on the phone who said the recruiter who was dealing with the job I applied for wasn't in, and to call back the next day. This is a horrible Temp Agency to work for, Most of the recruiters know each other and they pretty much tell each other everything so if they don’t like you or you do something they don’t like they will talk among each other so they can’t hire you. Kristal who oversees the Randstad at Metro Supply Chain is very rude and the gets aggressive while talking to you, this is horrible I don’t understand how she’s working as a manager when she doesn’t have the proper skills or training on talking to people. I wish all Randstad staff are like Elijah Balara and his colleagues in Lathrop branch. his so supportive and supportive. his sense of professionalism is amazing and a skill professional. He knows his job. We need people like that.

Tengo una pregunta por que cada vez que aplico en la aplicación me cierran la solicitud ? Acaso sus trabajos solo son para personas que hablan inglés por que según no hacen diferencia en las personas además de esto en la aplicación hasta tienen la opción de poner en español por que se dan la tarea de poner los requisitos del puesto pero no dicen que tienen que saber ingles deberían de mejorar esa parte.

I was with Randstad in another state and had a wonderful experience, I moved back to California and right after my husband passed, I needed work and called Randstad in Lathrop, I made an appointment. I went in, the people there looked at me very strange, I asked for the person that I had an appointment with and one of the ladies there said of she is not here, I said I had an appointment with her, they just looked at me like I was an alien, very unprofessional and never got a call from them.
