My experience with Randstad has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. In my experience, the focus seems to be on filling positions quickly to satisfy client companies, but once you are placed, the level of communication and support significantly declines. When I raised concerns about my assignment, there was no meaningful follow-up. Instead of feeling supported, I felt penalized for speaking up.
