I have a great background with two degrees. No one ever gets back to me. You can’t get through to anyone and the Boca office is so hard to get in contact with. Emails go unanswered. Calls never returned. However, David Roland was absolutely incredible. He helped me so much but he may be doing something different now. His replacement is very disappointing. I genuinely don’t know what she does all day. Bring David back!
