I really feel as if I was ripped off. I was quite specific as to what I wanted and I was left with this feeling. This feeling like I got a bad haircut from a hair-dresser. We've all had one. Yes, it will grow back. Yes, one day it will look presentable again. But... until it does I have to be the one to look outside my window everyday and hate what I see. The worst part, I actually paid for it (full price). If I were this company I would feel bad cashing my check.
