Super friendly staff. Free parking. Very professional and efficient. Great deal on bundles of tests. Much better prices and customer service than Quest.
Excellent phlebotomist
Paid $995 for 2 rounds of testing. They sent the results for 1 and never the 2nd. I’ve reached out and never got a response from their customer service. Avoid using Randox.

avoid at all costs! there is zero customer service, it doesn’t exist. they will charge you for services and completely ignore you once you’ve paid. they operate their business with QR codes for scheduling and automated phone recordings and none of it works correctly. i paid $1000 for lab work that was never completed and 5 months later i still can’t get anyone to return my calls or emails. i never write reviews but seeing as this is a health related service, it seems really irresponsible that they are operating with such dis... read more
