I highly recommend Randolphs. They care more about their customers than the almighty dollar. I commend them for saving me a service call and money. There are still good caring people out there and Randolph' s is one of them!❤

We have purchased our major appliances at Randolph's for many years. We appreciate having a "hometown" store that carries what we need. We also appreciate their EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! We had trouble with our microwave purchased there. It was 17 months old and stopped working suddenly. Randolph's "diagnosed" the problem and made special time to replace a small part the day before Thanksgiving 2013! They did not charge us one penny. THANK YOU RANDOLPH'S TV AND APPLIANCE!
