The gentleman that came out, and set up my chair was very professional. He went through every Question that I had. And also added other things to show the new features of the new chair. The gentleman had a great personality, and wanted to make sure that I was happy before he left! I would recommend Randolph Medical to anyone that ask.

Great experience. My new wheelchair has changed my quality of life. Kenton the owner came out to my nursing home to make the final adjustments personally. And the company has been with me every step of the way to make sure my newweel chair is the way to meet my needs. They are still working with me months after delivery. Kenton was very knowledgeable about the specific needs of my client. He came to measure and when it was delivered he made sure it was adjusted correctly. We tried New Motion and never got anywhere with them. This is a local company and I recommend them.
