The gentleman that came out, and set up my chair was very professional. He went through every Question that I had. And also added other things to show the new features of the new chair. The gentleman had a great personality, and wanted to make sure that I was happy before he left! I would recommend Randolph Medical to anyone that ask.
Randolph Mobility & Wellness always has exceptional customer service and support. Kenton and his staff always go above and beyond to help with what my son needs. We’ve been customers for years, and the services and equipment is always exceptional. We will continue to use Randolph for all our wheelchair needs.
Great experience. My new wheelchair has changed my quality of life. Kenton the owner came out to my nursing home to make the final adjustments personally.
