Maleeah is very knowledgeable of the products and insurance. Kenton measured and ordered my chair. Kenton fitted it perfectly after it came in and made sure I had a seamless transition to the new chair and even came out to my car to see how it would work for me. Very satisfied with Randolph Mobility & Wellness!

I cannot speak highly enough of Randolph Mobility and Wellness in St. Joseph. The gentleman that came out, and set up my chair was very professional. He went through every Question that I had. And also added other things to show the new features of the new chair. The gentleman had a great personality, and wanted to make sure that I was happy before he left! I would recommend Randolph Medical to anyone that ask.
